At Haryanwe, we offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge will be applied at checkout.

All orders are typically shipped within 1–2 working days, and delivered within 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable in case of returns or order cancellations after dispatch.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer returns once the product is delivered.

However, we allow exchanges only in case of:

• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect
• Damaged product received

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Since apparel products must be returned in unused and original condition with tags intact, exchange requests will only be approved after verification.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:

• Clear product images
• Proper unboxing video (mandatory)

This helps us evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

TRACKING

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

If the delivery address is difficult to access, delivery times may extend slightly. We may contact you via phone or email to confirm delivery details.
