1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Product must be returned in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased under clearance or special discount sales.

Used, washed, damaged, or altered products.

Customized or made-to-order products.
3. Return Process

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after quality inspection.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
Haryanwe reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
