Refund Policy

At Haryanwe, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Product must be returned in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased under clearance or special discount sales.

  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered products.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share product images (if damaged/defective).

  3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.

Haryanwe reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
